If you do not agree, do not use AssessArc. For questions, contact assessarc@gmail.com.
AssessArc is an AI-powered interview preparation platform. It provides role-based mock interviews, voice practice, resume-based questions, technical and HR practice, coding-style preparation, feedback, scoring, analytics, institute reporting, internship tasks, and educational interview preparation content.
AssessArc is for practice, learning, and interview readiness. It does not provide employment, recruitment placement, admission, professional certification by an external authority, legal advice, immigration advice, or guaranteed interview success.
Interview outcomes depend on many factors outside AssessArc, including employer requirements, user preparation, communication, technical depth, market conditions, and hiring team decisions.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not share account access, impersonate another person, upload information you are not allowed to use, or use AssessArc in a way that violates applicable law.
Users under 18 should use AssessArc only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, college, institute, or other authorized adult. Institute admins are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent before uploading student details or assigning practice activities.
AssessArc may use a credit-based model. Credits are added after successful payment verification and may be deducted when an interview session, practice activity, report, or paid feature starts.
Payments are processed by Razorpay or the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, currency, credit quantities, and promotional offers may vary by region, product, or account type. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no cash value.
Once a credit purchase is successfully captured and credits are added to the account, the purchase is final. Purchased credits cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
Refund requests are handled under the AssessArc Refund Policy. Purchased credits are final and are not refundable after successful payment capture and credit addition. Failed payments, duplicate charges, and verified technical credit deductions are handled separately under the Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse AssessArc or interfere with the platform.
AI-generated questions, feedback, scores, summaries, roadmaps, and reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular role or employer. You are responsible for reviewing and applying the guidance with your own judgment.
AssessArc may update prompts, scoring rules, AI models, product flows, or analytics methods at any time. Results from different sessions may vary.
You keep ownership of resumes, answers, messages, institute uploads, task submissions, and other content you provide. You grant AssessArc permission to use that content to operate the service, generate interview questions, provide feedback, show reports, process support requests, improve safety and quality, and comply with legal obligations.
AssessArc articles, landing pages, interview guides, question sets, and product content are educational resources. They may be updated, removed, corrected, or reorganized. You may not copy or republish substantial AssessArc content as your own product or service without permission.
Institute admins must have authority to create workspaces, invite or upload students, assign credits, access reports, and manage institute data. Admins are responsible for keeping student information accurate, using reports fairly, and following their own institution policies and applicable law.
AssessArc may depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, Razorpay, Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdSense, hosting providers, and communication tools. Their availability, policies, outages, or processing rules may affect parts of the service.
We try to keep AssessArc available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, credits, internship workflows, institute tools, reports, AI behavior, content, and integrations may change, pause, or end as the product evolves.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, payment fraud, security risk, policy violations, unlawful activity, or behavior that harms the platform or other users. We may also remove content or data that violates these terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssessArc is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for job outcomes, interview results, lost opportunities, provider outages, browser or microphone issues, payment provider delays, indirect damages, or losses caused by misuse of the service.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Disputes will be handled by courts or authorities with competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
We may update these terms when the product, policies, legal obligations, pricing, or vendor relationships change. Continued use of AssessArc after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
